Acceptance of terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of the RTHM app and services. By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.

Accounts & eligibility

You must be of legal age and have full capacity to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.

You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

RTHM as an intermediary platform

RTHM provides a platform that connects members with sport facilities. The facility alone is responsible for the quality and availability of the classes, sessions and services it offers.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information about facilities, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of every detail a facility publishes on the platform.

Bookings & payments

A booking is confirmed once payment is completed through the app. Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only, and not to misuse it, attempt to breach its security, impersonate others or post infringing content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, without prejudice to our other legal rights.

Liability & changes

The service is provided "as is", and RTHM is not liable for any indirect damages arising from use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
