We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, such as your name, phone number and email, along with your sport preferences and booking history.

We also collect technical information automatically, including device type, operating system, usage identifiers and approximate location when enabled, so we can surface nearby facilities and improve your experience.

How we use your information

We use your information to confirm bookings, process payments, send notifications and reminders, and personalise the classes and facilities we recommend to you.

We rely on aggregated usage data to analyse platform performance and develop new features, without using it to identify you personally.

Saudi PDPL & data residency

We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its implementing regulations issued by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Your data is stored and processed within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in approved data centres, in line with data residency requirements. Where any data must be transferred outside the Kingdom, it is done under the applicable legal safeguards that ensure an equivalent level of protection.

Sharing your information

We share the minimum information necessary with the facility you book in order to deliver the service, and with trusted payment providers to process transactions securely.
