Cancellation & Refund Policy

Overview
At RTHM we aim for a booking experience that is flexible and fair to both members and facilities. This policy explains when you may cancel a booking and receive a refund.
This policy applies to individual class and session bookings made through the RTHM app, unless a facility states its own conditions before you complete the booking.
Cancellation window (12 hours)
You are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund if you cancel at least 12 hours before the class or session start time.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the start time are not eligible for a refund, as the spot has been reserved and is no longer available to another member.
How to cancel
You can cancel any booking directly from the "My bookings" section of the RTHM app with a single tap, and you will see whether the booking is refund-eligible before you confirm.
The cancellation time is based on the moment it is confirmed in the app, so we recommend cancelling early to stay within the 12-hour window.
How refunds are processed
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Refunds may take 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Cancellations by the facility
If a facility cancels a booked class or session, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of the 12-hour window.
We will notify you promptly of any facility-side cancellation and do our best to help you find a suitable alternative when one is available.
Exceptional circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside the 12-hour window in documented emergencies, at our discretion and in coordination with the relevant facility.
