Build the operations that keep the RTHM marketplace running smoothly — from onboarding new facilities to ensuring the quality of every booking across the Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and activation of new facilities, fast and efficiently.
- Design scalable processes and track and improve performance metrics.
- Solve day-to-day operational challenges and coordinate across teams.
- Ensure a quality experience for both facilities and members.
Requirements
- At least 4 years in operations, ideally in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills across multiple workstreams.
- A high sense of ownership and the ability to execute under pressure.
- Fluency in Arabic and English and excellent communication skills.
