Lead RTHM’s growth across the Kingdom — from acquiring new members to signing up facilities — with data-driven campaigns that grow the base and build a brand people love.
Responsibilities
- Design and run acquisition campaigns across digital channels and optimize them.
- Build the brand story and bilingual voice across every touchpoint.
- Analyze data and the conversion funnel to make results-driven decisions.
- Partner with product, content and operations to accelerate growth.
Requirements
- At least 5 years in digital growth marketing, ideally for apps or marketplaces.
- Mastery of performance channels, analytics and measurement tools.
- The ability to balance creativity with numerical discipline.
- Fluency in Arabic and English and a deep grasp of the Saudi audience.
